Shipping policy
At Jalvayu, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Your package will be delivered within 10–15 days from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status.
In the rare event of any shipping delays, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue. Our customer service team is always available to assist you with any questions regarding your order.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident about every Jalvayu purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Once the return request is approved, the product will be picked up from your address within 3–5 business days.
After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that returns are accepted only for unused and unopened products in their original condition.
